Originally planned as a campground site where an old chicken house used to stand, the building was converted to a restaurant that specializes in local crabs, corn, and chicken, a wonderful representation of Delmarva food culture. Although not located directly on the Wicomico's shores, the brewery and public house are just a short walk from downtown Salisbury and the river, and EVO is Salisbury's only brewery. The Public House food offers all of the different beer varieties from the brewery as well as a selection of fine cheeses to pair with various delicious menu items.
